Habitat for Humanity International Case Study: At the close of its very successful $593,000,000 More than Houses Campaign, D’Alessandro responded to a request for proposal to audit HFHI’s current major gifts operation. This led to the reorganization of the entire Major Gifts Department of HFHI as well as the creation of a Transformation Memorandum for the organization’s Resource Development Office in preparation for the next major capitalization plan. Subsequently, D’Alessandro was retained to work with Booz Allen Hamilton in designing and implementing a global feasibility study to test a multi-billion dollar goal. D’Alessandro has consulted with Habitat for Humanity’s Resource Development Department to prepare the organization for its multi-billion dollar capitalization plan. This includes direct involvement in all aspects of the ongoing campaign planning and creating a fundraising training program, which the firm will implement at HFHI locations around the world.
